We are offering our beloved ranch stallion for sale. HB will stand until sold. I am faced with needing both my own hips replaced,( a two year commitment on my part ) and I can not simply let this spectacular horse stand around in the pasture doing nothing. *Shadow's Hawk Spirit ..aka.."HeartBreaker" as been the equine love of my life for several years. His ability to "pick up where he left off" in his training has been a huge advantage for those wanting a quality show horse, but not having the time/finances to keep a horse in training year round. HeartBreaker has competed Training Level Dressage and just started into First Level dressage. HeartBreaker is the only full ABC stallion to compete in dressage in the United States in the last few years.
"Shadow's Hawk Spirit" aka..."HeartBreaker was foaled May 7, 2003. We have actively shown this stallion since he was a 2 year old, ( except for 2009 in which time restraints prevented me from the task )....he has shown well, competing first "in hand" then as a 3 year old + under saddle. He has a whole list of accomplishments, I would be willing to share all of these if you so desire. He has handled a variety of riders with ease, this stallion has a TON of heart.
HeartBreaker has 30 foals on the ground ( two more due this summer ) he has a strong tendency to throw pinto, black is his next favorite color to stamp his get. He has combined the two ( black and pinto ) on a couple get. Conformation he passes on to his get include a quality feet and bone, nicely set on neck, good topline, strong loin and a proper, strong hip.
HeartBreaker is USDF and USEF lifetime registered, ABC registered, CSI and AWS registered.
HeartBreaker is 2010 EVA negative, easy to collect, ships fresh semen well, and we have collected semen to freeze .our plans with this frozen semen .. would probably entail trading semen with another breeder to get a foal from the HeartBreaker fillies we have here. It also may involve selling semen outright if he heads out of the country. IF that is an issue, for a buyer, that could be discussed. I usually get 2-4 request for shipped semen for him on a annual basis.
We are asking $16,000 00 USD, we would include a current coggins/ brand and health certificate for him, to the US or Canada..
This is one MIGHTY fine stallion. I consider him the best in the US. I know I will be keeping at least one HB filly for my own personal use. Frankly, I have never met a more capable stallion..he has show experience, PLUS some trail experience too.
HeartBreaker has the manners of a gentleman, the riding ability of a top notch horse, and the experience and awards to back it all up....Did I mention he is mighty fine to look at? and his foals are amazing ?!?!?!
