Here is *Penny's Lyle. Penny's Lyle is now broke.  Phil Gunning has done solid and honest work with him.  For this reason Lyle has made the mental shift from "MY Will Be Done" to "THY Will Be Done."  He is quickly becoming a sweet natured and trustworthy trail horse.      Mr. Gunning told me this, "I know you like Lila, Lyle's dam, very much.  But Lyle is a much better horse than Lila. You need to accept that."  I insist that any one who is considering Lyle come up and ride him here at my ranch and see for your self what he is like. $3,300

*Kate Kootenai is for sale. She was foaled April 29, 2008. 14.2h at maturity. Black but will grey. She goes back to Damele AND the original BLM curly horses that Sunny Martin saved from extinction. Kate can be registered with ABCR, ICHO and the American Indian Horse Registry. Her gaits are smooth. Her build, stamina and endurance lend her to competitive trail riding. Read more about her on my web site. Thank you for your interest in Kate. $1,500
*Chief Kootenai is a gentle, curly gelding. 2009 Red Dun. ABC Eligible. 14.2 at maturity. He is halter broke, and leads. He is willing and sweet natured. Chief is very interested in the world around him and he is also trusting. He is NOT gaited, but does a nice walk, trot and lope. He is of western build. Chief sheds part of his mane and the base of his tail. However, his hair coat and skin quality is good and he does NOT get the "baboon patches." I believe that he will make a good child's horse or a good old lady's horse once broke. You can read more about him on my web site. Thank you for your interest in Chief. $1,500
*Mud Slinger's Blaze, 2010 curly colt. 14.3 at maturity. He goes back to Sunny Martin's first stud, Curly Cue. Blaze is gaited, doing a running walk. When he moves there is almost NO back movement. He has excellent legs and a drafty build inherited from Curly Cue. He disposition is unflappable. He is halter broke, leads and gives his feet. Blaze also ties well. He is gentle. He likes people and yet is respectful. Because of his disposition and build I believe he will be both a good riding horse and a good driving horse. I also believe that he is stallion quality. $1,500
*C-C Hattie, 2009 Chestnut Pinto Curly filly, ABC 3834. This filly is everything you would expect from a curly, bold, curious, smart, unflappable, independent. She has the tight winter curls without being an extreme. She has a well porportioned quarter horse type frame with wide chest, short back, well muscled hip/gaskin, and substantial bone. She leads, ties, loads, accepts worming and picks up her feet. She single foots and has already accepted her first small child passenger. Her sire is Shadow's Hawk Spirit, excelling in dressage at Creekside Curlies. Both her sire and dam are 15.1 hands. This horse has a lot of potential. Unforseen personal circumstances force sale. $1,900

*NW Beatrix. 'Bea' was foaled June 3, 2010. She is a bay filly with a white appaloosa blanket and one white sock. Judging from her current appearance, she will varnish roan. Dam is Noble Debutante, 14.2hh American Bashkir Curly Registry's 2008 In Hand National Champion, sire is Spot 'O Rust- our 15hh leopard appaloosa herd stallion. Trixie carries Red Baron lines on her grand-dam's side. She is a curious, docile, and very ladylike filly. Both parents are registered and DNA tested with the ABCR.  $1,800
*NW Hemingway. This big, bold boy is out of Silver Red Ebony, 2 time ABCR National Champion Producer and Spot O Rust, registered ABCR stallion. Both parents are ABCR registered and DNA tested. Dam is 15.2 hh, sire is 15 hh. The dame has a history of throwing bigger foals than herself by shorter studs. (my 16h gelding, out of Ebony, was sired by a 15 hh stud) I say this because Hemi gives every indication that he'll be a bigger boy. Definitely 15.2, possibly 16 hands. $3,000
*Spot O Rust, aka Rusty. A 6 year old extremely rare leopard appaloosa marked American Bashkir Curly stallion. Rusty is 15 hands tall with lots of bone and old bloodlines. He is fully registered and DNA tested with the ABCR. Rusty keeps a full mane and tail year round. View Pedigree. $3,500
